Racquel Piper is CEO and founder of Protecting All Children( PAC) LLC. She has over two decades of working with children and families; she has successfully designed and implemented family focus programs within the government and private sectors. Ms. Piper has extensive knowledge of systems improvement and has worked with states in implementing federally funded statewide juvenile programs.
In her downtime, Ms. Piper enjoys writing and collaborating with community partners on youth focus events; As an author, Ms. Piper has written a coloring book as a tool for parents to help in talking with their children about bad touches. As a trained Facilitator of Steward of Children, Darkness to Light (D2L), a training focused on preventing child sexual abuse, Ms. Piper is passionate about educating adults on the importance of being consistent and diligent in protecting children.
Ms. Piper received her professional degree in psychology from Rollins College and has additional training as a Victim Services Practitioner through the Office of the Attorney General (OAG), Florida Crime Prevention Training Institute (FCPTI).
